My ex committed adultery yet she gets to keep our children. I was outraged when I found out there aren't any legal repercussions for people who commit adultery. I feel that losing the rights to half of everything and even custody rights would be a fair consequence.
Or am I misinformed? Is there something I'm not aware of?

Re: Adultery and lack of legal repercussions
Tue, May 1, 2007 - 9:05 PMDoes her committing adultery have anything to do with her parenting skills? I think parents should automatically get joint custody but I don't think using the kids as a tool for punishment (repercussions) is a good thing.
